Payment can be made via bank transfer in advance or cash at the start of the tour. Full details will be provided when you confirm your booking.

Changes are accepted subject to availability, as long as they are requested at least 24 hours in advance.


Cancellations:

  • At least 14 days before the tour.
  • 30 days in advance during Easter, Holy Week, and Christmas Markets.
  • The deposit is non-refundable; if deadlines are met, a voucher valid for one year will be issued.
