Discover the Strasbourg old town on a private walking tour with a licensed local guide. Explore over 2,000 years of history in a city shaped by French and German influences and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
During the walk, you will visit Petite France, famous for its half-timbered houses, canals and narrow streets, and learn about Strasbourg’s former defences at sites such as the Covered Bridges and the Vauban Dam.
The tour continues to Strasbourg Cathedral (Notre-Dame), one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. If you wish, we can enter together to explore its interior and the astronomical clock, or enjoy an exclusive tour focused on the cathedral.
To extend your visit, you may add an optional panoramic drive through the German Quarter (Neustadt) and the European District, where late 19th-century architecture meets modern European institutions.
A flexible and fully customisable tour offering a clear overview of Strasbourg’s history and urban evolution, accompanied by a local expert guide.
Flexible — your hotel, apartment, or any central landmark in Old Town.

No. All my tours are private and personalized, designed exclusively for each client or group. Even if you are traveling alone or as a couple, you can book your own private tour and receive a quote tailored to your needs.
Please note the following conditions for visiting the cathedral during the tour:
You can extend your visit of the historic centre with a panoramic drive through the German Quarter and the European District (approx. 45 min). This tour is optional and takes place outside the historic centre, using the transport you have available. If you don’t have your own, I can recommend reliable transport companies to help you organise it easily.
If the group is accompanied by me as an official guide, we can make authorized stops directly next to the Old Town, in compliance with city regulations. Otherwise, coaches must drop off and pick up passengers at Place de l'Étoile and then go to park at the Elsau parking lot (fee applies).
Some streets in the Old Town are cobblestoned, which can make getting around more difficult or uncomfortable. However, I can adapt the itinerary to minimize these challenges.
